  • Is RSVP required?

    Yes, please! Confirming your attendance will help us prepare food, seats, and fun activities for everyone.

     Kindly let us know on or before January 24, 2026, so we can include you on the guest list.


  • May I bring a “PLUS 1”?

    As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, the venue has a limited seating capacity.

    This party is strictly by invitation only, and we have a fixed guest list submitted to our coordinator. 

    Guests whose names are not on the list may not be allowed entry. Thank you for understanding. 💖

  • What if I RSVPed but can no longer attend?

    We’ll surely miss you! If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat.


    Feel free to send Amara a birthday wish or a cheer from afar. 🎂🎈

  • What if I didn’t RSVP—can I still attend?

    Please check with us first before coming.


    We have a strict guest list, but if seats become available, we’ll gladly let you know.

    The party will start promptly at 3:00 PM.


    We recommend arriving at least an hour early to settle in, explore the venue, and not miss any of the fun activities prepared for Amara and her guests. 🎉

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, parking is available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Arriving early is encouraged.

  • Can I sit anywhere?

    We have prepared a seating arrangement to keep families and friends comfortably grouped together. Our coordinators will be happy to assist you in finding your assigned seats.

  • What can I do once I arrive?

    Feel free to:

    • Enjoy snacks and refreshments
    • Mingle with other guests
    • Take note of your table number
    • Sign the guest sheet (completed sheets may be part of a raffle!)
    • Use the photobooth while it’s available 📸
    • Walk around, explore the venue, and take lots of photos

  • Can we bring kids?

    Yes! This is a fun, kid-friendly birthday celebration, and we’re excited to share Amara’s special day with little ones who are part of our guest list. 💕


    To keep the celebration comfortable and well-planned, we kindly ask that only the children who are personally invited attend the party. If your child is not included in the invitation, we appreciate you making the necessary arrangements should you decide to join us.
