Our Love Story

We met on July 29, 2017, in a Filipino restaurant in Tokyo. She probably didn’t know this—but the moment I saw her, something felt different. She was there eating with friends in one corner, and I couldn’t take my eyes off her. Parang matagal ko na siyang kilala… parang matagal ko na siyang napapanaginipan.

Little did I know, may koneksyon pala kami. My Japanese boss’ wife is the sister of the restaurant owner. And somehow, the universe made a way for us to be introduced.

Nanligaw ba ako?

Sa totoo lang… parang hindi na. The night we met, I already knew. The next day, I asked her out for lunch. I remember waiting nervously for her reply—I was about to buy my food when suddenly, my phone lit up with her message. I called her right away and asked her out properly.

After that, wala nang ligawan. We just both knew. We liked each other, and we didn’t want to waste time pretending otherwise.

We had our civil wedding on April 25, 2018. But I made her a promise—that one day, when we are ready… when we’ve slowly reached the dreams we prayed for… when we can celebrate not just love, but the life we built together… we will stand before our family and friends and get married again—

Not rushed.

Not pressured.

But chosen.

Because this love was never forced. It was prayed for, worked for, and patiently built together.

And now, as we celebrate our journey, we invite you to witness the continuation of our forever. Two hearts, one promise—this time, with the people we love most.

Is there parking space available for my car?

Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.
When is the appropriate time to leave?

We would love for you to stay and celebrate with us until the end of the program. Your presence means so much to us, and we hope you can enjoy every special moment with us. 💕
How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?
- Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
- RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
- Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
- Be on time.
- Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.

May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.

Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.
May I invite kids to the wedding?

Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.

Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.
Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I DOs are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.
