We also request that all guests honor the dress code by avoiding overly casual attire, including polo shirts, slippers, denim, mini dresses, and jeans.

Dressing accordingly is deeply appreciated, as it will contribute to the elegance and harmony of our celebration.

Your Questions, Answered

  • RSVP

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you!

To keep the celebration cozy and fun, each invitation is good for one person only.

We kindly request your RSVP by December 5, 2025, to confirm your attendance.

As much as we would love to share this special day with all our friends and family, our celebration is limited to a select number of guests. We hope you understand that this is a by-invitation-only occasion. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

We know you’re excited to celebrate with us — and we’re thrilled you already said “YES!” 💛

However, we kindly ask for your formal RSVP as well. This helps us consolidate guest details and finalize the

headcount for catering, seating, and other important preparations. Your quick reply ensures we can make

    the day perfect for everyone!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

As much as we would love to share this special day with all our friends and family, our celebration is limited to a select number of guests. We hope you understand that this is a by-invitation-only occasion. Guests not  found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • Am I allowed to bring my kids at the wedding?

While we adore all the children in our lives, we have chosen to make our wedding ceremony and  reception an adults-only event, with the exception of our little adorable entourage.

Thank you for understanding and sharing in this special day with us.

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

Parking will be available for our guests at the venue. As spots are limited and on a first-come, first-served  basis, we kindly suggest arriving early so you can relax and enjoy the celebration from the very beginning.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

We truly hope you can celebrate with us!

If, however, something comes up and you’re unable to attend, please let us know right away so we can  make the necessary arrangements for your seat(s)

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans-I can attend now! What should I do?

We kindly ask that you check with us first before making any plans to attend, as we have a limited guest list.

If your schedule opens up, please let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Should any seats become available, we’ll reach out to you right away.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and ask that you refrain from attending unannounced, as seating is limited.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

After months of planning and preparation, we can’t wait to celebrate this special day with those who  mean the most to us.

Your presence and joy will make the day complete — stay, have fun, and celebrate with us until the very

    end!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.

Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

We kindly ask that you keep to your assigned seat. We’ve thoughtfully planned the seating arrangement with everyone’s convenience and enjoyment in mind. Rest assured, you’ll be seated with familiar faces and great company!

Our coordinators will assist you in finding your seat after registration. Please don’t hesitate to ask — they’ll be delighted to help

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

Please help us keep the ceremony camera-free so we can share this intimate moment fully. Don’t worry — the reception is picture-perfect! As two photography lovers, we’ve set up lots of opportunities for you to snap photos and make memories throughout the evening.

We’ve poured our hearts into planning this day, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you
