The Beginning of Forever

Who would have imagined that our story would quietly begin in the soft glow of the love month? What started as a simple message—just a small question about attending Mass at Christ the King—became the doorway to something far greater than we expected. From our very first meeting at Starbucks, everything felt incredibly natural, as if our hearts had instantly found their rhythm.

Before we knew it, Sundays had become the heartbeat of our growing bond—days filled with faith, warm conversations over coffee, and the joy of discovering each other more deeply.

A few months after that first spark, we found ourselves officially beginning our journey as a couple, marked by a promise ring unlike any other. Adorned with garnets and rubies, it carried a quiet symbolism—our birthstones woven together even before we realized how beautifully our lives would align.

Our love unfolded in an atmosphere of peace, familiarity, and joy—so natural that it felt like destiny gently guiding our steps. And just half a year later, that quiet certainty blossomed into an engagement. Looking back, we see how every moment fell perfectly into place, reminding us that the most beautiful stories truly unfold in God’s perfect time.

“When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” — Isaiah 60:22

With full hearts, we are blessed to invite you to celebrate our union on May 30, 2026.

Everything You Need to Know (FAQs)

  • Do I need to RSVP even if I already told the couple I’m coming?

Yes, please! A formal RSVP is essential for us to finalize the seating arrangements and catering details.

We kindly request your confirmation on or before April 12, 2026.

  • What if I originally said "No" but can now attend?

If your schedule clears up, please reach out to us directly to check if seats are still available. While we would love to have you, we must strictly adhere to our guest list for seating purposes. Please avoid arriving unannounced so we can ensure everyone has a place.

  • What if I can no longer attend after RSVPing "Yes"?

We will certainly miss you! Please inform us as soon as possible so we may reallocate your seat to another guest.

  • May I bring a "Plus One"?

To keep our celebration intimate and stay within our venue's limits, our wedding is strictly by invitation only. We have personally coordinated a specific seat allotment for you and we’re so excited to have you with us! We kindly ask that you adhere to this headcount so we can ensure a smooth and joyful evening for all our guests.

  • Is the ceremony "Unplugged"?

Not strictly, but we do invite you to be fully present with us. You are welcome to take photos from your seat, but we ask that you remain mindful of our professional team as they capture our day. To preserve the sacredness of the ceremony, please keep devices silent and avoid blocking the aisles.

We promise to share our professional photos with you all very soon! Once the celebration begins, please feel free to capture every moment and share them using our official hashtag:

     #JanineFoundHerOliOne

  • What happens if I arrive late to the Church?

If the processional has begun, the main doors will be closed for the Bride’s entrance. Our coordinators will quietly guide you to the side entrances to ensure the moment remains uninterrupted.

  • Is there parking at the venues?

To ensure your comfort, ample parking is provided at both venues on a first-come, first-served basis. At Christ the King Parish, you may access the parking areas via the White Gate or the Green Gate.

  • When does the wedding conclude?

Our formal program is expected to wrap up by mid-evening, following our final highlights. We would be so grateful to have you with us until the end! For those who wish to keep the celebration going, we warmly invite you to stay and dance the night away at our after-party.

  • How can we best support the couple on the day?

    • Offer Your Prayers: We would be so grateful if you would join us in praying for a beautiful day and a blessed marriage as we begin our life together.

    • Kindly RSVP: To help us finalize our arrangements, please confirm your attendance by April 12, 2026.

    • Be Mindful of Time: To ensure you are comfortably seated before the 12:30 PM Processional begins, we kindly ask that you arrive at the church by 12:00 PM.

    • Be Fully Present: We invite you to follow the seating plan, join in our activities, and stay with us until the program concludes. Your energy makes the celebration!
