What is RSVP?
RSVP stands for “répondez s’il vous plaît” (French for “Please respond”).
Once you get your wedding invite, please respond to let us know if you’ll be there. Only guests who confirm via our RSVP link or by contacting us or our coordinator (Anton Sarcia – 0945 548 0693) will make it onto the official guest list.
We’ll give the final guest list to our coordinator the day after RSVP deadline (JULY 8, 2026). Guests not on the list won’t have a seat, so don’t ghost us! 😉
-
What if I don’t RSVP but show up anyway
NO RSVP = NO SEAT. We assign seats carefully (yes, it’s a whole Tetris game 😅), so please RSVP by JULY 8, 2026. If you need to, you can contact our coordinator ahead of time: Anton Sarcia (Coordinator) – 0945 548 0693
We’ve spent years saving and planning this wedding. If you can’t make it, let us know so someone else can take your spot. ☹ Tables, seats, and food (per guest) are already paid for whether you come or not, so your RSVP really matters to us.
-
What if I said "NO" but decided to come last minute?
After the RSVP deadline, we cannot fit last-minute guests—the seats are gone, and replacements are already invited. Thanks for understanding (and don’t try to sweet-talk us at the door. No is NO! 😜).

Can I bring a PLUS ONE?
Sorry, no plus ones this time. ☹ We’re keeping our celebration intimate and meaningful, surrounded by our closest family and friends. With limited space and a carefully planned budget, seats, meals, and souvenirs are reserved exclusively for our invited guests.
-
Can I bring my children?
We love your little ones, but this is an adult-only party. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, enjoy the day, and celebrate with us fully. Thanks for understanding.
-
What time should I arrive?
Please be at the church by 1:00 PM, before the ceremony starts. We want everyone seated on time… because yes, we really want all of you there to witness our “I do” moment! 😄
-
Can I bring my driver/helper?
This is an intimate gathering of our closest family and friends. Drivers or helpers aren’t included in the guest count or venue arrangements, and if you bring one, you’ll be responsible for their expenses.
-
Is there parking?
Yes! Parking is available at both the church and the reception, exclusively for invited guests. First come, first served.
Church (Parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary): Park in the perimeter area.
Reception (The Emerald Events Place): 90 slots available—may the parking fairies be with you. 🚗

Church rules
The Parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is known for its solemn and peaceful atmosphere. Once the ceremony starts, please avoid making noise, standing up, fixing makeup, or eating. Father can pause the ceremony if needed, so let’s all behave… mostly! 😅
-
Can I take photos during the ceremony (in church)?
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras stay in your bags and remain on silent mode during the ceremony. Don’t worry, we’ve got professional photographers and videographers capturing every moment.
During cocktail hour and reception, feel free to snap unlimited photos on your phones—go wild! We’ll also provide disposable cameras (throwback 90s style!) for you to capture special moments, but remember, film is limited, so choose your shots wisely 😉. Once you’re done, please leave the cameras on the table so we can print them and enjoy seeing the day from your perspective. 📸
Please use our official wedding hashtags when posting photos and videos from our celebration:

What time can I leave?
We’ve worked hard to make this a day everyone will enjoy, so please stay until the end. No “eat and run,” please!
Also, food at the reception is for eating at the venue only. Please don’t “sharon” (you know.. the term for sneaking food home without asking 😉).
