Our Love Story
In 2024, somewhere between moving on and “I’m fine, really,”
Yna and Glena met online — not to find love, but to prove they didn’t need it.
Plot twist: love found them anyway.
They met on an ordinary Sunday night, both a little broken, both pretending to be unbothered. No expectations. No pressure. Just two guarded hearts online, talking about life like they’d known each other longer than a few chats and voice notes. The conversations flowed too easily.
Their first connection? Hotpot and broken hearts.
Their second? Coffee! Lots of it!
Because apparently, healing sometimes comes with caffeine and unlimited soup refills.
But both were so different. Different habits. Different personalities. Different ways of expression.
One is this, the other is that. One loves documentary and reality shows, the other loves non-English horror movies. One travels light on standards, the other brings in the entire house. One’s okay with budget stays, the other needs a bathroom that looks good in photos. One overthinks, the other overfeels. One says “calm down,” the other says “let’s go again!”
Two independent, strong, very unique people who technically didn’t “match” on paper.
But somehow, they matched where it mattered.
No awkward silences. No pretending to be someone else.
Just comfort. Easy. Natural.
Like they’ve known each other all the time.
They fell in love not in grand, cinematic slow motion — but in small, ordinary moments. In random laughs that turned into inside jokes. In late-night talks that felt safe. In the way they could say “Again?? All the time??” after every hard day and still choose each other.
They love hard. They laugh harder.
Even when life throws plot twists that weren’t in the script.
There were challenges — because real love stories aren’t filtered. But giving up was never an option. They chose each other again. And again. And again.
